Return Eligibility

We aim to provide a clear and straightforward shopping experience. Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the products remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with any safety seals intact.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us at adimardesaulniers@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when available. We will review the details and explain the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements will be provided after your request has been reviewed. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will explain the available return shipping options. For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or the return results from an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
